This chamber is capable of freezing food down to -20 degrees. If the camera is disconnected from the power supply, it will keep the cold for about 8-10 hours. The disadvantage is its large size and weight. Therefore, it is not suitable for small cars.

Thermo boxes

They differ from the previous ones in that they are capable of not only cold but also heat. Such boxes are made as bags and containers. The bags are made of two layers of nylon, between which a thermal insulation layer is placed. This layer does not allow air to pass through and ensures the temperature inside the bag is maintained. Bags have a volume of up to 20-25 liters. The containers are made of plastic. Their volume can be up to 100 liters. The shelf life of the products is approximately two days.

What to look for when choosing a car refrigerator?

When purchasing a refrigerator for car, you should take into account some factors that will determine the comfort of using the refrigerator, namely:

• Chamber volume: be aware that you need 5 liters per person.

• Overall dimensions: the camera should easily fit in the trunk in a vertical position.

• Duration of the trip: if the road is long, it is better to take a camera with mains power.

• Operating temperature conditions: the camera cannot be used at ambient temperatures higher than specified in the instructions.
